Introduction

Protecting a clients’ privacy is extremely important to Tasha Mae. You can rest assured your personal information will be managed with the upmost care and securely protected at all times.



Tasha Mae encourages her clients to read Tasha Maes' Privacy Policy carefully and to use it to make informed decisions. 

When booking Tasha Mae as your ‘On the Day’ Wedding & Events Co-ordinator, you will be required to provide personal information in order to carry out your booking. 

These details will include:

• Your full names 

• Address

• Email address

• Telephone numbers

• Key family members' names

• Wedding or event details, such as, event date and venue address. 

The ONLY information that will be stored by Tasha Mae will be directly relating to the clients’ wedding or event. 



The personal data you provide will ONLY be used to communicate with the client in regard to the booking of Tasha Mae’s services and for no other reason.

The personal information you provide Tasha Mae with will NOT be shared with any third party for marketing purposes. 

The only time Tasha Mae would share your personal information (if necessary and with your prior consent) would be with another third party that is booked on your behalf to provide services at your wedding or event. Any third party involved would be required to respect your privacy and to ensure your information is securely held in accordance to the law. 



The only other exception to sharing the clients’ personal information would be if Tasha Mae was required by law and on demand by a legal body, such as, the police, HMRC or a similar organisation.

The client has every right to request a copy of any personal information we hold which can be requested by emailing Tasha Mae (Natasha Gilchrist) - info@tasha-mae.co.uk. If the client should for any reason demand their personal information be destroyed then this will be done immediately. 



The clients' data will only be stored for as long as legally necessary with regards to applicable laws and tax regulations. Once it is no longer required then the clients' data will be destroyed.

Tasha Mae will always ask permission to take photographs at the clients’ event and will only do so with the clients’ permission. Furthermore, Tasha Mae will always ask the clients' permission to use any photographs taken at the clients' wedding or event. If the client grants' their permission then these images may be used on our website, blog, advertising material or for social media content. 

Tasha Mae reserves the right to periodically amend or revise her Privacy Policy; material changes will be effective immediately upon the display of the revised Privacy Policy. The last revision will be reflected in the "Last modified" section. Your continued use of the Platform, following the notification of such amendments on our website, constitutes your acknowledgment and consent of such amendments to the Privacy Policy and your agreement to be bound by the terms of such amendments.
